Hello and salutations! My name is Stephen Dudar. I am the principal of Mapleton School. I am a pilot and enjoy spending time soaring the sunny blue skies of the prairies. I also have two dogs that keep us busy. Wastiyap is our husky/wolf dog. Sparky is a Petit Basset Griffin terrier cross.

Three ICT related goals I wish to achieve with my school this year include:
use communication tools such as video conferencing, wiki's, blogs etc. to provide students with learning opportunities to develop 21st Century skills
The objectives of the committee are to:
- Extend the LwICT initiative
-increase the awareness of using technology in the content of their curriculum.
-Supporting ICT teachers/teachers with curricular content, partnership between content and tech.
-develop 21st century skills of collaboration, communication using distance delivery: Wiki, podcast, vid conference, blogs, and the need to have supportive resources to make it happen (microphones, headsets, video equipment, etc.)
- Promoting Just In Time learning PD for teachers to use what they need when they need it.
- Share with 1or 2 colleagues and model
- Support teaching and assessment in all curricular areas
- Assist with suggestions/recommendations for allocation of resources
- Prioritize divisional needs through input from the schools
-hardware, software, services, support pd as required to implement a successful program.
- Provide professional learning opportunities

-identify the skillsets necessary to use ICT in education, personal and business experiences.
